Terms Of Service

By using GMarket Catering’s catering services and website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking an event.

1. SMS Consent and Communication

By providing your phone number during the event booking and contract signing process, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your specific catering event. You acknowledge that:

  • SMS messages are sent only in connection with active, confirmed catering events
  • Message types include: event confirmations, chef introductions, event details, and final balance reminders
  • No marketing, promotional, or general communications are sent
  • Clients without an active event booking do not receive any text messages
  • Message frequency varies based on your event timeline
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier
  • You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS communications

2. Booking and Cancellation

All catering bookings require a signed contract and deposit. Cancellation policies are specified in your individual contract. Cancellations within the contracted window may forfeit the deposit or incur additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe. A deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due according to the terms specified in your contract. Gratuity is optional and may be added at your discretion.

4. Guest Count Guarantee

The final guest count must be confirmed by the date specified in your contract. Pricing is based on the confirmed guest count. Increases in guest count after the cutoff date may result in additional charges or may not be accommodated due to staffing and preparation constraints.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
